What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a skilled Frontend Developer (React + Tailwind) to join our engineering team — someone passionate about building clean, performant, and user-friendly interfaces. You’ll implement UIs that connect with our backend and possibly voice/AI features, helping deliver a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain frontend components and pages using React and Tailwind (or equivalent).
Translate designs (Figma, mockups) into pixel-perfect, responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Collaborate with backend and voice-AI engineers to integrate APIs and real-time data/voice features.
Optimize frontend performance, loading times, and responsiveness across devices.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintain code quality, readability, and documentation.
Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and help define UI standards and best practices.
Requirements
Strong proficiency with React.js and Tailwind CSS (or similar modern UI frameworks).
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
Familiarity with REST APIs / GraphQL, asynchronous data loading, state management, and version control (Git).
Eye for design and attention to detail — delivering clean, responsive, and accessible UI.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams (design, backend, product).
Bonus: prior experience building real-time or voice-enabled UIs, or integrating with media/streaming APIs.
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
