What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a Product Manager dedicated to our Voice AI SaaS products. In this role, you will define product vision and roadmap, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to build voice-driven SaaS solutions that meet market needs.
Responsibilities
Define product strategy and roadmap for voice-AI SaaS offerings.
Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.
Prioritise features based on impact, feasibility, customer feedback, and business goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends in voice-AI.
Monitor product metrics (adoption, usage, retention), and iterate on product direction accordingly.
Work closely with sales/marketing to define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and launch plans.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager — ideally in SaaS, voice-AI, or related tech domains.
Understanding of voice technologies (ASR, TTS, voice pipelines) or strong willingness to learn.
Strong analytical thinking, ability to translate data + user feedback into prioritized product roadmap.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills: able to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
Customer-centric mindset, empathy for user needs, and passion for building intuitive voice-based experiences.
Bonus: prior experience launching voice-AI products, working with real-time streaming, or AI/ML-based products.
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
