What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive outbound efforts, generate leads, and set qualified meetings for our sales team. This is a key role for helping us scale growth and reach new customers.
Responsibilities
Research, identify, and contact potential prospects (email, calls, social outreach).
Qualify leads based on criteria, understand needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with activity, contact info, lead status, and notes.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, meetings set, and lead quality.
Provide feedback from prospects to help improve pitching, product-market fit, and messaging.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — and ability to engage prospects effectively.
Energetic, self-starter attitude, with hunger for building pipeline and closing opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation processes, outreach tactics.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time, leads, and follow-ups efficiently.
Resilience — handling rejection, learning quickly, and iterating approach.
Bonus: experience with SaaS sales, understanding of AI/voice products, or interest in tech sales.
This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
